Issue 1: Very poor quality sound. Poor quality from the beginning, with any sound program. Sound quality raises to bad quality in a minute and always continue in bad quality.
Setting 1, Quality sound Priority quality of sound: Distance less than 1 meter. Sometimes it glitches. Very poor quality sound, it degrades quickly.
Setting 2, Quality sound Priority stablish connection: Distance less than 1 meter Very bad quality sound, quality of sound up and down, even the sound volume decreases, but always quality of sound is very bad. I can’t understand the voice.

Issue 1: Samsung Galaxy A-40. Sometimes lose connection with Bluetooth. To recover the connection, it's necessary take them off, insert them into the box, take them off and put them again in my ears, then pair again with the phone automatically. This happens 3 or 4 times per day.
Whit this behavior, it’s impossible use this headset for work and responding calls, because headset could not be ready when you need to hang up.
Issue 2: Samsung Galaxy A-40. Left headphone double touch doesn’t work sometimes. Only works again if reset it with set into the box and put them again in my ear.
Issue 3: Samsung Galaxy A-40. Sometimes glitch Left headphone.
