This afternoon, my Sony kd49xg8096 refused to connect to Netflix - shows error 121. No other issues with the TV, or other apps.
I have since factory reset the tv and the WiFi etc - same error code still exists. Any suggestions please? Ta

Try uninstalling the updates from the settings of the App and force stop, then try again.
