soundbar HT CT 790

Just got new sony  tv and soundbar,remotefor tv will adjust sound bar but remote for sound bar isnt doing anything checked batteries etc all ok.has anyone any ideas?is there something i can reset?

Hi Michael,

Welcome to the Community. In order to diagnose the problem, can we first run through the following basic checks with you:

• Are you pointing the remote at the sensor on the soundbar?
• Is there a clear path between the remote control and the unit?
• Have you checked whether the batteries may need replacing?
