Camera Shutter Sounds

Hi,

I'd like to learn how to turn off the shutter sound on my new phone. The sounds on the camera still makes me wince everytime I hear it, and it is just getting plain annoying. Any way to turn it off?

open the camera -> drag the menu -> left to right -> shutter sound -> off

When I open the shutter sound menu though, the only options I can see are Sound1, Sound2 and Sound3

there are some countries that are required by law to add a sound, that might be your case

you can flash the global generic firmware and that will give you the option
