Howdy, my neo has locked up and have tried to force a restart by holding the power and volume up button down but to no avail.
I tried to se if the PC Companion software could rectify somehow; however it says that an error between the phone and the computer was discovered.
It tells me to disconnect the phone from the USB cable and restart the phone and then reconnect to the USB cable; but I can't actually restart the phone.
Any advice/ideas?
