Experia Arc LT15i keeps rebooting

i tried updating my friends phone OTA last night, after download and hitting install, phone shut down and now stuck at rebooting. It turns on, after displaying SONY ERRICSON it shows a littlte uodate box and then turns off again. Can someone please advise what can i do to revive this phone as this is his business phone and has all his contacts saved on the phone.

remove both SIM and SD cards > repair it with SUS
