Folders on the home screen

I recently updated the firmware for the device 6.1.B.0.544 (Android 4.0.4) and now is no longer available option to add folders to the home screen.

I wonder what someone is experiencing the same problem?

To create a new folder,just grab an app which is on the home screen and drag it over another.You will be able to create and name a folder.
