Is this a genuine SE BA700 battery?

I recently bought second BA700 battery for my Xperia Neo V smartphone and I'm not pretty shure that it's genuine as seller claims. New battery varies a little from the one shiped with phone. Does anybody knows how to check it?

Looks exactly like the BA700 I have here in front of me, can't see any differences. So yeah, it seems fine
