my phone wont turn on

i was updating my phone sony xperia tipo, and the pc turned off. Now my phone wont turn back on the green light at the top just flashes and the phone wont tun on please help me what can i do ?

my pc turned off in the midle of the update, do you think recharging whould help becouse my phone  was fully charged when i was updating

the update process drains a LOT of your battery so it will be wise to charge your phone
