my phone wont turn on

hello, i hopw you can help me, i own a xperia arc S and today i've turned it of, since then i cannot turn it back on, when i press the on button it vibrates, and it says "sony" on the screen, sometimes he eaven goes as far as sayin "xperia" next but then he chokes and goes back sayng sony, he gets stuck in this process and does this over and over again ...
please help me !

With the information supplied, I can advise that you would need to perform a software repair on the device to resolve such an issue. Please use the instructions below.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps

Go to Sony Service Center and ask to format your phone.

But before that take the backup of everything.

It will solve your problem, as I had the same issue.
