Phone freezing

I was on Google going through pages of images and my Sony Xperia Go froze then seemed to switch itself off but now i cant switch it on or anything! Normally i would take the battery out then put it back in but i cant with this phone! Any ideas?!!

anytime, rememer

power & volume up for 8 seconds = restart

press and hold power for 10seconds = restart

power & volume down for 1second = screenshot
