on your PC

1) open any folder -> click on tools -> properties -> view -> show hidden files

2) mount the SD card, go to your SD card, press Ctrl + A then Ctrl C, on your desktop create a new folder, open it, then press CTRL + V

now you can reformat your SD card.

there might be an issue with the SD card

but first backup your phone and repair it with SUS

if that doesn't work then backup your SD card on your PC and then reformat your SD card

settings > storage > unmount SD card > wait > format SD card

SUS should give you an option to install (re-install) the current firmware, have you flashed your phone? debranded? etc?
