problem with office reader

I had office reader installed in my phone but it says it needs update. I updated it but it says that application fails to install. What should I do. Is there any Method by which I can irecover the app. Pls help.

go to settings > applications > manage applications > all

find the office reader app.. select it and click on uninstall updates..
