Problems with screen(XPERIA SOLA)

The problem has apperaed. Slide and tap work very seldom. Single touches work very bad too, only after three or more tries screen feels my touches. It seems that problem is in sola's screen. Buttons  placed on frontal panel are bad too. So it very difficult to manage smartphone. Can I expect the refund?

P.S. Battery dischrages very quicly. Sometimes battery charge are reducing by 20-30 percents during about 2-3 hours, but the smartphone are not being used for this time!  

P.S. 2 i live in Russia, Rostov-on-Don, the smartphone was bought in Svyaznoy.

Had the same problem... Service Centre> Touch screen replaced... Works fine now!

How can I discover that it is hardware problem? I tested the smartphone by the Service Menu('Touch screen' option). When I were sliding, many brocken lines were appeared instead of full ones. What is it?

P.S. This problem used to be on 2.3.7 (6.0.B.1.564, 6.0.B.1.576, 6.0.B.3.162, 6.0.B.3.184)  and it is on ICS.
