Showing Touches in Screen

It's strange recently to see some circle for touches on my screen. It shows touches in my screen, also not all touches, only some

Though I've disabled the whole Developer Options in My Settings, Also "Show Touches" option in it.

Note that the Show Touch option shows the touches with a dot, but this is showing as Hollow Circle. Like O.

What's the Reason for It..??

Me also come across this issue . The "Hollow Circle" comes randomly..

Is it normal or do we have to disable any option in 'developers'.

Turn off glove mode in screen display.

Settings --> Display --> Untick "glove mode".
