Tethering Xperia SP

I am not able to Tether my xperia SP with USB on Windows  XP SP3 PC, Please suggest.

Are the drivers getting installed? You need to keep the Windows Update on.

Once you connect with usb, go to settings>more>tethering and check the usb tethering box. The drivers will be installed and it should auto connect to your phone's internet
