Two days old Xperia with almost dead battery

Hi

Monday i bought the Xperia U and i've charged it until was 100%, but battery lasted 3.5 hours.

I've charged again overnight and again, it lasted almost 5 hours.

I've tried to calibrate the battery erasing all the data, and then the whole procedure and nothing, the battery lasted 4 hours barely.

I dont think this is normal, 'cause its only a 2 days phone! and the battery its already failing. This happened a lot or just me?

Oh, i've upgraded to Android 4,0 the same monday,

What can i do, do i recalibrate again and again the batery or i have to change the phone using the waranty?

Please help, thanks!

Thanks!

I've chated with a SONY employee and he said that i needed to repair the version of Android and i instaled it again.

After that, the battery lasted 6 hours to 49%  so im hoping that the battery it's more than OK.

'Im using the Hold Mode (i hope thats OK, my english isnt so good), and that helped 😃

I'm hoping that it wont fail again.

Thanks again
