Hello, I have a problem with my phone Neo V: since a few days ago the battery is not charging from electrical power but it's charging through the USB port. The cable is ok since it's works in other Neo V and other cable, different from mine and working, is not working in my phone.

The phone was bought in April 2012 and I've updated today to the latest version using PC Companion.

Any suggestions? thank you very much.

Absolutely, you can try to reset your phone. Hopefully it works! But it seems to me like there might be a hardware problem with the phone so if the problem persists you need to have the phone examined by a service center.

First of all restart your phone and remove the battery for a while if you haven't done that already.

Have you tried with another wall charger? Both other wall socket adapter and USB cable.

If you have the same problem with another charger I suggest that you have the phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support for more information:

Hello Alexander, I've trie with another wall socket and I've removed the battery for a while. Hard Reset will be a solution?

My cell works only during the charging time and when the charger is removed it shows 0% battery and get switched off..plz help about this problem

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Perhaps your battery is faulty. You could try to remove it for a while, put it back in and charge your phone to 100% without turning it on.

If you still experience the same behavior you may want to try with another/ a new battery.
