My friend offered to sell me his Xperia T from Rogers (Canadian provider), but I'm unsure if it has 1700/AWS for HSPA+ (aka T-Mobile/ Wind Mobile HSPA).
Can anyone let me know if it does for sure?
I know the LT30p Xperia T has that frequency as well as the LT29i Xperia TX.
Because according to the white paper http://dl-developer.sonymobile.com/d...T_LTE_WP_1.pdf it does have AWS HSPA.
The LT30at Xperia TL from AT&T does not have it as stated in the white paper: http://dl-developer.sonymobile.com/d...ia_TL_WP_4.pdf
Does anyone know for sure if the LT30a has HSPA AWS/1700? I've also googled around and I've been getting mixed contradicting answers.
The Rogers site says it doesn't... I'm very confused! http://www.rogers.com/web/link/wirel...IATBLK&N=52+11
Thank you!

I bought an Xperia T LT30A locked to Bell. I unlocked it with a code from CellUnlocker.net. It stated on the box that it supported GMS 800/1800/1900/2100 & UTMS/HSPA+ Bands 1/2/4/5 plus some LTE bands. This all seemed good so I went ahead and bought it being an Xperia fan since my first Sony purchase through Rogers with the X10 years back. I started up my phone and it connected to the WIND network like it should, but there is no 3G. I can make calls and send txt messages but do not get data at all.
