Batterij 1: deze batterij is niet beschikbaar voor gebruik. (rechargeable battery pack vgp-bpse38)

Hey,

Ik heb een Sony Vaio SVP1321C5E met een rechargeable battery pack model VGP-BPSE38. Sinds kort geeft mijn laptop deze melding: "Batterij 1: deze batterij is niet beschikbaar voor gebruik". De melding blijft ook als de rechargeable battery van de laptop af is gehaald. Batterij 2, de ingebouwde batterij, laad wel nog gewoon op. De laptop draait Windows 10.

Heeft iemand hier een oplossing voor?

Ik zou de battery pack na laten kijken. Niet veel anders wat je kunt doen.

Actually battery 2 is the battery that you can take off, not Battery 1. You have issues with main battery.

Sorry that I have to respond in English. This actually has to do with the Sony Vaio Software... However, when you turn this software off, than your battery will start working, but all you Sony Laptop buttons and functions will stop working....

Sony has done nothing about it and does not even discuss this anyware or tries to resolve it. I have bought my Sony Vaio for 2000€ 2 years ago with 2 video cards, including Nvidia. Because of this bug I cannot use my Nvidia, because all sony functionality is off, if I want my batteries to function properly.

Shame, Sony, shame!
