this came to my request of musicmatch support for vp:

devices supported by Musicmatch Jukebox, so we are unable to provide you with
technical support for this device. We cannot provide assistance with this
device, not only because it is not officially supported, but also because we
simply do not have enough technical information regarding the device to be able
to identify and resolve issues that might occur with it. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
You can find out which devices are officially supported in Musicmatch Jukebox by
visiting the plugin download page.? Please do the following:
- Open Musicmatch Jukebox.
- Click on the Options menu.
- Select "Add New Features".
- Click on the "Portable MP3 Players" link.
Your device will be added to our list of devices requested for future support in
Musicmatch Jukebox, as will all other unsupported devices. The interest in these
devices is used to gauge interest in a specific device and encourages support
for the device.
If your device acts as a removable drive, so that it appears as a lettered drive
in the "My Computer" window, you should be able to use the "File > Export
Playlist Tracks" menu command within Musicmatch Jukebox.? This feature will
export tracks currently listed in the Playlist section of Musicmatch Jukebox to
the drive letter you specify (i.e. your portable device's drive letter).
Unfortunately, if this does not work with your device, we cannot provide you
with a further solution.
