Unable to view videos

I just got a sony vaio SVE1512C5E and the problems i am having is firstly the serial number isnt valid .Secondly when i watch a video it loads but still buffers and i am not sure why.Any help would be appreciated

Hi Dmcloone and welcome.

What Firewall/Anti-Virus software are you using?  If you have installed something like Norton without fully removing the preinstalled McAfee this could happen.

Thanks for the reply .I uninstalled mcafee and now its going good.
