Have you got all the latest drivers?

All the information from the BSOD is saved in a dump file but i can't remember where to find it. If you can find it then it will help find the problem.

Ps. Do you have norton installed (Causes mayhem when trying to shutdown)?

If it's like that then save what you can on the D drive and reformat

Hi a7med_360,

Disable the automatic restart on system failure and you will then be able to read the info on the BSOD.

Have a look here for guidance on how to do this.
