windows xp service pack 2

Hi has anyone had problems with their room link since downloading service pack 2 from microsoft. i cannot get it to connect anymore. i think its the firewall settings or the norton security that comes preloaded

any help would be much appreciated

Turn off the Windows Firewall, Norton is well enough.
