I am thinking of buying a Tablet S. Can I play music from a local hard drive without uploading it. Files are in WAV format. Is there a library app which will help me organise these files.

Hi jbDenny,

Not sure on what you mean by "local", local to the Tab or your LAN but I have just tried playing an mp3 from my NAS while browsing with the file manager “ES file manager” from the apps store (awesome file manager btw, SMB, FTP and “NET” e.g. DropBox support ) and worked just fine. Don’t have a .wav handy to test – sorry, but guess it would depend on installed codex.
