Alarm is not showing on lock screen

I have no additional Lockscreen App but

when the alarm goes on there is no slide to shut it down or no snooze button on the lockscreen. The side buttons don't work aswell. I need to unlock the phone and go to the alarms menue to get it to stop. Used to work better on my previous Z3 compact. Does anybody know what to do?

Works OK on my X compact.
Do you use the default clock/alarm app, that came with the phone or 3rd party?
If 3rd party, check the app's settings.

I had the same problem.

Go to settings->Sound->Do not disturb->block visual disturbances.

Check, if the second entry ist disabled. If Not, disable it.

Thank you so much. Now it works. I thought the alarm is an exception from the do not disturb setting....Guess I was wrong.
