Two Problems after update to 4.3 PLZ HELP

Hi,
I am facing the following problems after update to 4.3:

1- when answer an incoming call, it starts with loudspeaker on.. So i must turn the loudspeaker off by myself or the whole room will hear the call!

2- when charging reaches 100% the phone turns off!

For the loudspeaker issue,uninstall updates for chrome in settings-apps-all.The other problem should be fixed by repairing via sony update service:

Please stop giving this standard answers, its useles, dont help the update repair, because this two issues, and many more, are bugs in software, and only Sony can fix it.
