Hi guys, i am worried about my current problem. I bought my device some weeks ago, it is a xz premium. So, when i am in a spot with coverage, in the screem apears poor signal reception when in anothe mobile i have all the bars. It is very rarely, i have updated it to Android 9 pie, but still happening. Finally, i am sure it is note related to sim or coverage, problem is belong to device or software'device. I have gone to my carrier for supoort for two times but they said the device is fine.
