Try clearing the cache of "Smart Connect" app:

Go to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> App info -> Smart Connect -> Storage -> Clear data -> Restart your phone.

I have the same problem, the only way for me is to restart the phone several times

If anyone knows how to fix this issue please share it, so we can enjoy this marvelous phone without any odd problem like this one

Ok i got it somehow fixed (temporary). I had the problem that the bottom speaker was very Low or had no Sound, so i tried pushing at different spots on the phone. I pressed the top left corner led light with my left thumb and the bottom right corner with the other one and pressed. The Sound came back but as soon as i stopped pressing it became again very Low. What it fixed was i went into safety mode and did the speaker and mic test and pressed lightly the spots i mentioned before. I rebootet the phone and it works. As soon as it gets Low i need to simply press the spots or restart and etc. Hope it works for you guys(from germany sry for Bad english and autocorrect :))

Edit1: It helps muuuch better if you Just press the thumb against the whole top speaker, Front camera and back camera (maybe because of Sensors) and the other one against the bottom right corner

I had the same problem at my wife’s and my Xz premium both. This problem occurs by the flexibility of the case. If you keep your phone in your back pocket of your trousers mobile is being under pressure by body movements And this causes discontact of the integrated elements. The only way you can fix is to open the case and put small piece material that will apply pressure to the disconnected parts which are located between two cameras one inch lower.

Sony should have handle it of course.
