I have an XZ Premium. There is a yellow/orange line on left hand side of the screen- approximately where the SIM card/SD Cards are located. It is only visible on white/light backgrounds. It is a UK phone, and the warranty information shows warranty until 6th July 2019.

I am going to send the phone to the service centre to get it checked - but wondered if this is a common issue. There is at least one further thread about this

It's now on it's way to Sony Repair Centre - will see what they say.

Die you notice Any Problems with your SD Card or mobile connection.

Maybe your SD/Sim Slot ist defectiv. In that Case Sony will repair your device within the warranty. Otherwise they will maybe refuse a free repair and say that Happend because water entered the inside through the slot.

SD card and Sim card do not appear to be giving any problems. Don't know how water would have gotten inside the slot, but awaiting the result of the technician diagnosis. Will update when they do.

If any water gets in through slot - is this what happens?
