Problem pairing my xz3 and my smartwatch (alpinerx)

Hi,

i have some issues with the bluetooth connection with my smartwatch and the problem is not the watch because with other smartphones like a samsung it's working fine. 

I've read some other post with also problem of bluetooth connectivity with sony phones and try some solution like switching the AVRCP but it doesn't work.

Have you a miraculus cure for this issue ?

hello,

I've switched off my watch 3 times and it's ok now !

but I think it's a problem from Alpina too

Best chance is when both parties reset their BT.

Watch - reset

Phone - settings-apps& notifications-see all apps-trap 3 dots-show system-scroll Bluetooth-storage-clear cache & clear data
