Sometimes my phone doesn't receive calls. I don't know why, call barring isn't on and yes sometimes I do restart, take the sim out but sometimes it just doesn't receive calls. The call just doesn't appear on my phone history, but hours, days, sometimes even weeks later I'll get a notification of a voicemail pop up. I also use T-mobile.
