Camera blur with macro sign

based on the video, the phone's camera it's focusing on the closest object, in this case the black & white stripped surface. Keep in mind that if the object it's closer than 12cm, everything will be blurred out

The camera is blur even if it faced to a distant image. 

Then I go to manual pic mode, turn the scene once or twice, it gets focused.

This situation is same every time I open the camera app.
