I don't see why not, as long as the update has been approved and released in your region

Hi @Asayed,

You can see if you have an update available for your phone if you go to Settings > About phone > Software update. You can also connect your phone to PC Companion / Bridge for Mac and it will search for available updates.
Like @uliwooly pointed out update availability does vary between regions. You can find more information on software updates here.
