I can't answer calls

I'll see the call coming in on my Xperia Z3 but even when I swipe left to answer, it lags and then I eventually miss the call.

Does anyone else have this problem and hopefully a solution?

I have this issue in xperia xa1 plus g3412

I can't answer calls sometimes by sweeping green button to red button

a basic imperative function availble in all the phones doesn't work properly in sony phones

I am using the latest update availble for this phone 48.1.a.2.122
