Power button plays ringtone

Hi,

I bought the Z5 yesterday and if I hold down the power button, my ringtone starts playing.  If I hold it down again, it will start playing again over the other ringtone and my only option is to use the rocker button to silence it but when I turn the volume back up it will still be playing so my only option to stop it is to restart.  This is everytime I hold down the power button.

If anyone could shed any light I would be so grateful!

Go to settings-accesibility and see if accesibility shortcut is enabled.

That sounds strange.

Alexdon could be on to something so check the Accessibility shortcut setting and see if that is enabled.

If not, could you check if this still happens if you put your phone into safe mode?
