Hello,
I have the problem that, if I insert a SD card in my Z5 Compact and format it, the phone still cant read it.
The phone tells me that the card is not supported, but the card was supported before in the same device.
If I then try to check the card on my computer, Windows tells me that the card is encrypted and I cant open it. I tried different cards, and ruined all of them that way.
Could you please help me. I really need the extra storage on my phone.
Android Version 7.1.
