Sony Xperia Z keeps restarting and fingerprint option is missing

In the last week my Xperia Z keeps restarting, the volume up doesn't work and my fingerprint option is missing....... What's going on?

There is no damage to my phone and no dodgy apps installed.

How can I sort this?

firstly, try to boot your phone to safe mode 

. observe your phone for recurrence of the problems.

if the problems doesn't show up . it means it might be a software problem.

try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion .. 

FYI: Xperia Z , doesn't support fingerprint options

Hi @Prudz,

As @nolramlb mentioned, Xperia Z do not have a fingerprint sensor and thus no fingerprint manager. Could it possibly be another Xperia device than a Xperia Z? If so, please return with themodel number of your phone. You can find the model number of your phone by going to Settings > System/about phone.
