Spotify offline list will not be moved to SD card

After the latest upgrade, 5.1.1, I had to reinstall due to problems with the volum buttom. No problem with the buttom any more, but now Spotify and a few other apps wont save offline lists to SD card. That was never a problem earlier. 

What can be the problem? I have tried to delete cache and log out which was adviced on another thread, but no luck.

Is the card available and seen by the device? Perhaps you have to change app options so it will save there.

SD card is available. In storage settings it is shown with total 59,03 Gb and 56,48 available. Guess that also shows me that also photos are stored in internal memory. What do you mean by changing app options? (I am a bit green....)

Well all apps have their own settings. I know some of them allow changing default download location.

Yes, I know, but I cant find that option in Spotify, photos or Storytel apps now. theese apps were in the sd card before I upgraded.

Oh, so before the update you moved the apps to SD card? After the update, it could have reverted as move apps to SD on Android is not well optimized.

Tried everything once more. Nothing works. Is this the reason some are rootibg their phones?

Some people will root their phones to gain further access. But rooting might void your warranty.

Yeah. I dont wanna root, but I really wanna be able to save my offline playlists from spotify on the sd card. Really irritates me this problem;-)

Can you perhaps try to write to your Local support? Check with spotify developers too.
