That could be either hardware or software, there are few things to do to test.

You could: 

• take a screenshot and send it to your computer or other phone, if you don't see the same issue > its a hardware problem
• repair the phone with PCC > if you experience the same problem > its a hardware problem

and you will have to contact your Local support
