Hello Can someone please help/advise. my phone isnt recognised when I connect to my laptop (windows 8.1) Ive tried other pc's from desktop to apple but still the same. However, I went to a non branded high street phone accessory shop and asked them if they could help and they connected straight away and could access all the files on his laptop. I even used my cable so I know thats working fine. Its baffling that Ive tried approx 5 different pc's which didnt connect and 1 (the shop) which did connect. I dont know what else to do. I'd be grateful for some help.
