Z1 keeps on reinstalling update

I just had a a system upgrade.After installing my xperia z1 keeps restalling the upgrade. Help me out please.

I'm sorry to hear that.

Try forcing a power off by pressing the volume up (+) key and the power key together for 5-10 seconds, then try starting your phone again.

If it still won't start properly you should do a software repair using PC Companion with the help of a PC.
