Z3 compact back and home button not working after recent update

Same of all. 3 bottom buttons not working, after Sony update.

Temporary trick: activate 'Glove mode' in settings / screen. Touch buttons slowly with the little finger :smileysmileywink:

I have the same problem since two weeks. I can't use neither the notification bar nor the back/home buttons. I'll send the mobile to support because it's covered by the guarantee, but it's a bit weird all this phones with the same problem...

I've upgraded to 23.5.A.1.291 (Android 6.0.1) and experience the same problem: the 3 buttons do not work. Other parts of display work OK.

Thanks for help with "glove mode". The fix works, however hope so, Sony will provide regular fix soon.

My home and open apps button's work, but only the Back button is not working!

Same thing happened to me .

first my notification bar stopped working and now the 3 main buttons (back,home,clear)

I did reset phone -> Didn't Work

I tried in safe Mode -> Didn't work

Care centers are also helpless 

This happened right after the marshmallow update (6.0.1) [Worst thing happened to me]

i've been using this phone for 1 year , and this happened.

I AM REGRETTING THAT I SPEND 34K on this phone.

GUYS can u help me ?

Ok, in the near future the Sony assistance won't repair the display but will supply a wireless mouse
