Z5 totally not working,hanged on sony logo

Can somebody help me or give me suggestions on what I'm gonna do with my xperia z5 premium. It's not pushing through whenever I turned it on it's just forever stucked on Sony logo or the violet moving screen 😫😫😫Please help guys..

Hi @Lynne18, i'm sorry to hear about that.  

It's hard to say what has happened here. If you have the possibility to access your phone you can try to restart your phone in Safe mode and see if this makes any difference for you. 

But if you can't access your phone I would advice you to perform a software repair to be able to see if this is related to the software in the phone.

I have the almost the same problem. My phone was dead for 2 months now. When i plug it to charge it opens with Sony logo then shows a 100% battery full charge then turns to black and shutdown and does not open at all again. I went to a lot of phone repair shop but no one could find out the cause and refuse to fix it.

Have you also tried what i recommended @Lynne18 to do? 

Because if you have I would recommend you to contact your local support for more information in how you can send your phone in to a authorized service center and get this fixed.
