Xperia 5 IV - Birthday can't be added to existing contacts

Hello everyone!

I recently tried to add the birthday as important date to my exisiting contacts on my Xperia 5 IV. Although the option is available when creating a new contact, it is not available when editing contacts. Is there a way to fix this inconsistency?

It seems more like a problem with the Google Contacts App, if it is the one you use.

Have you tried emptying the Cache Memory?

Also check that there is no Update.
