Hello,
I just bought a new Xperia 5 V and the top speaker was crackling very hard on music with the volume over 75%.
I returned it and bought a new one, the the same issue. The music sounds really bad on high volume. What the hell?
I called the Sony Customer Service, they told me I should send it in for repair to a Third-Party Service in Vienna. A NEW phone? The Third-Party Service told me, please dont repair a new phone, just send it back.
Did anyone else experience the same issue?
