Unable to register new Camera a6400 with kit lens 18-135mm

I have been struggling for a month to register my new camera, Alpha 6400 with kit lens 18-135mm.

I am selecting ILCE-6400M and filling up all the information. I bought the Camera on Hawk Electronics, online, in Switzerland. At the end I always get:

" Entschuldigung! Wir haben gerade ein technisches Problem, arbeiten jedoch bereits an einer Lösung. Bitte schauen Sie später noch einmal vorbei. Vielen Dank für Ihre Geduld."

I tried to clean my cache on Firefox, and I tried Safari, both on Mac. Can you please help guys?
