Anyone know if I can get Bluetooth headphones for this TV

Any generic bluetooth headphones should work !

Unfortunately no. This entry level tv model does not have the a2dp bluetooth  profile to connect audio devices.

Yes it does I have the same model and use my bluetooth headphones with it

Download the app called Bluetooth Scanner ,you will be able add your headphones via this app!
