Hi,
On my new Sony Bravia TV, when I try and watch YouTube or Netflix in 4K I get a message saying 'available when signal input is 1080'.
I can't see any option to set this? Help please!!!
ive set the picture mode as Cinema Pro, but still get this message!

Hi there
4K content should just play, without any error messages. In regards to Netflix, are you on the 'Premium' membership? As this is the only package that can stream 4K material from Netflix:
In regards to 4K on YouTube, are you choosing 4K content such as:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcJtL7QggTI
Also, when playing the video, ensure that its playing in 2160p by clicking on the HQ button of the YouTube controls?
Lastly, are you playing 4K content via the inbuilt apps on the TV and not through another external device?
Cheers
