Hi
my TV loses sound and sometimes picture every 10 or 15 minutes for a second but enough to miss some content.
I have tried and tries but cant clear this fault.
Can anyone suggest how to fix this.

Does this happen on a specific source (apps, channels, external device, etc.)?

The version I linked is PKG5.435, but I'm assuming you tried to update through the TV and it reported it has the latest version.
That said, you can follow the steps in the link to update with a USB stick.

Joe, I finally got a USB stick and have done the update. All seems to be ok now but it has only been several hours. Regardless, thanks very much for your help, I am much obliged. Regards, John
